Position title
Duty Manager - Cirencester Open Air Pool
Description

About Us

Nestled on the edge of historic Cirencester in the heart of the Cotswolds, our beautiful open-air swimming pool has been delighting visitors since Victorian times. Built in 1869, our natural spring-fed main pool and toddler pool offer a wonderful swimming experience for all. As a registered charity run by volunteers, we're passionate about providing a fantastic facility for our community and visitors alike.

The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and professional Duty Manager to help deliver an exceptional experience for our swimmers. This season we offer a fixed hour contract, with a minimum 25 - 30 hrs per week, to our core team of Duty Managers. Zero hours contracts may be available to those looking for more flexible working.

You'll be a key part of our management team, actively promoting our values and contributing to our success.
